The OV7251 (b&w) image sensors are low voltage, high performance 1/7.5 inch VGA CMOS image sensors that provide the functionality of a single VGA (640x480) camera using OmniPixel3-GS™ technology. They
provide full-frame, sub-sampled, and windowed 8/10-bit MIPI images via the control of the Serial Camera Control Bus
(SCCB) interface.
